This blog was created to encourage others and to share our story. I wouldn't have the outlook I have if it weren't for the overwhelming support our family has received. This blog is written in two parts, Prenatal and Postnatal. Each post has a "before Will" perspective or "after Will" perspective. These words come from my heart. A heart that is overflowing with love for my Willie, but has been down in the trenches many times since becoming a mother. If sharing our journey inspires someone, solidifies your faith, or brings more awareness and acceptance to the Down Syndrome community, our Willie has served God's purpose. Most of all, I created this blog as a reminder to myself, others, and Will that he is the best thing that has ever happened to me.
