HELLO - MY NAME IS JENNIFER

I would have never considered myself a blog person. So if you are taking the time to learn more about me and my journey of motherhood, I'm humbled. I was a typical person now living an extra special life. My family is important to me, my husband is my better half, I have two golden doodles who make all my days brighter, and I am the luckiest mom to Willie. I enjoy organization (which I think God snickers at because my life is now filled with chaos), I love home decor and design (Fixer Upper fangirl), Mexican food is the way to my heart, and I can shop till I drop.

I hope that as you go along with me on this journey you learn more about me and maybe even about yourself. I hope I inspire you to see individuals with special needs, especially Down syndrome, as lucky. This blog was not put into motion as a way to gain pity, please do not ever pity us. My hope and prayer is that I raise Will to positively influence every person he comes into contact with. He has already made me a better person and I know he has a lot more to teach his momma.
